I was thinking that since it looks to be on a Japanese car it would have all sorts of small pieces welded together to make the bends like this.
I can't find a better example but there are dudes in Japan that live for this sort of handcrafted work. It is beautiful to see a full header system built like this.

Ah, alright, I know what you are talking about. Tomei does some nice exhausts for the price. Although the welds are not nearly as nice as above. . . atleast not as colorful.
Although I am more a fan of whatever this is cause it is beautiful!
